The Aron Collection was first introduced to the public in 1986 with the publication of a highly acclaimed catalogue featuring a wide variety of Islamic metalwork pieces. This volume presents the 2nd expert curation of the private English collection, helmed by professor Giovanni Curatola. This collection explores the main regional schools that flourished in Islamic art, focussing in particular on Iran and Central Asia with pieces dating as far back as the Medieval era alongside later works.
