Dilka Bear

Dilka aka Dilkabear is an Italian-based illustrator and artist whose work has been exhibited in London, Los Angeles, and Australia. This book collects 75, mainly oil, of her paintings where Grimm's fairy tales and other stories which have inspired the artist are whispered by the children's eyes she portrays in her works. A world of strong emotions but also of intimacy, naivety, and bewilderment. There will be an exhibition of Dilka Bear's work at Auguste Clown Gallery in Collingwood, Melbourne, next year.
