Damiano Bertoli: Superpositions

This catalogue accompanied the exhibition of the same name from the late visual artist Damiano Bertoli, shown first in London in 2019 and then at Neon Parc in Brunswick in 2019 – the work from which is now appearing in the NGV's Melbourne Now 2023. Exploring the aesthetics of counterculture movements throughout history, Bertoli created a suite of superimposed images which reveal the intersections of these progressive periods within a single frame.
